CJ Iftikhar took ‘illegal loan’ from HBFC to hold Wallima ceremoney of his son
Islamabad, Aug 14 (www.pakdestiny.com) PPP Senator Faisal Raza Abidi has accused Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry of taking ‘loan’ from the House Building Finance Corporation (HBF) ‘illegally’ for holding a wallima ceremony of his son Arsalan, requesting his fellow 16 judges of the SC to throw him out as he is ‘jahanmi’ for telling a lie under oath.
In a talk show on Dunya TV with Muhammad Malik on Aug 13, Abidi said he would file a reference against the CJ and exposed his ‘corruption and lies’ before the people of Pakistan.
He said at the house of the CJ, a private company was being run earning millions illegally. “How Arslan become owner of Rs900 million in three years, where was his father,” he said.
He said the CJ also set free Malik Ishaq accused of killing 130 people and was more interested in taking suo motu in Atiqa Odhu case for ‘some special reason’.
He said the media houses became billionaire by holding media trial of of President Zardari in Swiss cases. The media also held trial of Abdul Qadir, Musa Gilani and Moonis Elahi but afraid of talking about Arsalan corruption, he said.
Abidi said he was ready to go to jail for exposing the CJ and his son’s corruption. “I will not go alone I will also take this ‘nasoor’ (dark blot) with me,” he said.

Please dear all don’t live in denial ….Cheap justice is not above the law….neither he is above judiciary….Institutions should be supported not a corrupt person…..
My appeal to all pakistanies think before you speak or write . don’t say or write emotionally.Before we write and say some words against any one we need proof and the past story.for example if Sc will not ask the swiss money .they all say CJ is a very good man, bold man, sincere ,loyal like these words. If the cJ Ask about the money of the pakistani people ,He will face a problems like these.Dear pakistanies who is Riaz malik ?why and how he start this new issue? Because we are emotional .The Govt,change the direction of nation from money and swiss account to CJ. I am not the follower of CJ. During the Musharar regim he also face a lot numer of problems. After this Govt, you will see the right face of the political people and their curruption.I trust in God but one day Allah will ask us why you wrote the comments again an anocient person.If there is no CJ now we will begger .thank to Allah to give us CJ like iftikhar.
Why not CJ give notice to Faisal Raza as he did to Altaf Hussain
