‘Controversial’ Pervez Hoodbhoy is fired from LUMS

By Iram Salim

Islamabad, Oct 23 ( Pakistani nuclear physicist Dr. Pervez Hoodbhoy has ben fired from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) after his differences with the management over introducing a subject “Science and modren age’s requirement”.
Hoodbhoy who after retirement from the Quad-i-Azam University Islamabad had joined the LUMS is considered to be a ‘good teacher’ in science and religon.
Sources said Hoodbhoy insisted that he wanted to introduce the new subject in the Political Science course but the management refused. The management then without issuing a show-cause over the issue fired him abruptly.
The sources said since the LUMS was no more a ‘modren’ institution, a leftist and a ‘controversial’ person like Hoodbhoy had no place in such an institution.
The management however did not give any reason to sack Hoodbhoy. (

No, He has no other nationality and not interested in getting one. He is not interested in working outside the Pakistan. He is a patriotic person. A genius, a down to earth man, a wonderful person, an inspiring personality, an asset of this country.

A timely ousting for an ‘Anti-Islamic-Secular-Fiend’, who is deeply inspired, and implanted by his Zionist supported and schismatic minority religious faith, who falsely profess to be Muslims in an Islamic Republic, when they are not-a dual allegiance. So how can one ever consider them loyal to The Constitution of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
