Nawaz gives approval to field Sethi for ICC president slot

Islamabad (Pak Destiny) Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has given approval to make Najam Sethi ICC president.
The formal announcement in this regard will be made shortly. Pakistan has to nominate for ICC president slot. It is Pakistan’s term to have its ICC president.
Now those criticising the appointment of Sethi as PCB chairman have come to know as why he quit this job so easily.
“To make him ICC chief was the actual plan,” a retired cricketer told Pak Destiny. He said he failed to understand what Mr Sethi has seen in cricket as he is ready to face scathing criticism for his “no experience” in this profession but he wants to stick to it. “Perhaps its protocol,” he said.
Nawaz is following in the footsteps of Zaradri and rewarding all those who served him and family in one capacity or other in the past.
Imran Khan will not spare Sethi and Nawaz on this new plan. – Pak Destiny
