Fahad Mustafa, who is a popular Pakistani actor and a TV host, will also make his Bollywood debut soon. In a recent interview, he said, “I will be making a debut in B-Town”. He claimed that the “news is true”.

Singer Atif Aslam, who has already made his place in B-town with his soulful voice, will soon make his acting debut in a Bollywood movie. “I have been getting offers since the past couple of years and you will probably see me in a film by the end of this year or beginning of next year,” Atif told an Indian media.

Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane will be a part Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao’s upcoming movie. She has openly confessed about her upcoming Bollywood project, and was in South Africa few days back for the shooting of the movie.

Talking about why filmmakers in India are casting actors from across the border, trade analyst Atul Mohan says, “Their shows are popular here and the actors are building their fan base. Filmmakers are encashing on this. Roping in these actors invites media attention. The money that the actors are offered in India is much higher than in Pakistan. That is why they look for projects here,” Hindustan Times reported.

Pakistani actors Fawad Khan and Ali Zafar have already many fans across the border and their presence in Bollywood is a treat for the Indian audience. – BR
