Islamabad, Oct 3 (pakdestiny.com) Prporty tycoon Malik Riaz has set his eyes on Karachi as PPP’s Sindh government will help him execute his massive construction plans.
As the Punjab government of Shahbaz Sharif has not indicated to give him free hand in especially Lahore and Rawalpindi Riaz finds Karachi the best city to go ahead with his massive construction plans as he believes that his friend – Asif Ali Zardari – will extend all out help to clear all the hurdles.
Though in Bahria Town Lahore the prices have gone up considerably but Malik does not seem to be interested in buying another huge land in Lahore for any project as he thinks the Sharifs will not facilitate him. – Pak Destiny
