‘Import’ of British national for Punjab governor slot – a complete distrust on local PML men by Sharifs

By Raza Ruman

Islamabad, July 21 (www) The Sharifs’ decision to ‘import’ a British citizen for the Punjab governorship has left the PML-N contenders for the slot ‘crying.’
To the much surprise of the PML-N leaders the import of British national – Chaudhry Sarwar – for the post is in fact a complete distrust on the local PML-N leaders and workers.
The most disappointed PMLN man is Senator Sardar Zulifqar Khosa. He was desperately looking for PM Sharif’s ‘nazr-i-karam’ as earlier he was deprived of governorship ‘mazay’ when Musharraf did coup in 1999.
Chaudhry Sarwar says he wants to serve Pakistanis in Pakistan. He got this idea after living over 30 years in the UK.
Let’s see when he will return back to London after enjoying governorship what he says. – Pak Destiny
