(Pak Destiny) The PTI has accelerated efforts to take maverick PML-N top gun Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on board after his ‘war’ with Maryam Nawaz intensified.
Although Nisar denying joing the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf but the Imran Khan’s party belives that eventually Maryam’s stings will pave the way for his joining the PTI.
Earlier, Nisar reacted to a recent statement from Maryam Nawaz that it was Nawaz Sharif’s prerogative to award party ticket to Chaudhry Nisar. “Who asked for the ticket? It seems like giving me a party ticket is the biggest problem of the upcoming general elections,” he said in a statement. He said he wishes that such a time does not come on him that he begs for the PML-N ticket. “I had never applied for a party ticket in his 35-year-long political career and he did not intend to do so in the future. I have never sought ticket from anyone. Since 1985, I have reposed faith in Allah Almighty and the people of my constituency. I pray to God that he never had to be dependent on someone for ticket.”
Nisar is said to be making up his mind to say good bye to PML-N. Whether he joins PTI or remains independent it will be seem in coming days. – Pak Destiny
