Pakistani twin sisters won gold and bronze medals at the 6th Asian Taekwondo Championship Indonesia

Pakistani twin sisters —  Manisha Ali and Maliha Ali —  have made Pakistan proud by winning gold and bronze medals at the 6th Asian Taekwondo Championship in Indonesia.

Both winners are students of Lahore Garrison University. They performed exceptionally well at international level.

    Manisha Ali secured the gold medal in the over 73kg category, showcasing her outstanding skills.

  Maliha Ali, representing Pakistan in the 73kg category, won a bronze medal.

The sisters, hailing from Hunza in Gilgit-Baltistan, are currently studying at Lahore Garrison University under a special programme.

A 16-member Pakistani taekwondo squad was in Tangerang, Indonesia, to compete in the 6th Asian Open Kyorugi Taekwondo Championship, taking place from 15 to 18 October at the Indore Stadium Sports Center.

Over 275 athletes across Asia, including competitors from India, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Nepal, and host Indonesia featured in the competition. PAK DESTINY
