Hamza Shahbaz’s self-claimed wife Ayesha Ahad manages to save her properties from auction with the “help of Sharif family”

Ayesha Ahmad Malik, self-claimed wife of leader of opposition in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz, has managed to save her properties from auction last minute with help of the Sharif family.

A banking court had recently ordered auction of two properties of Ayesha Ahmad Malik to recover of a defaulted loan of Bank Al-Falah.
The court issued this order on a petition filed by the bank.

The bank’s counsel pleaded that Ayeeha Malik had obtained a loan in the name of her company AZC Developers and she got her two properties mortgaged.

She defaulted on the loan repayments in 2012 and the court had issued a decree of Rs20.5million.

The bank’s counsel asked the court to order auction of the mortgaged properties of Ms Malik for the recovery of remaining amount of the defaulted loan.

The court appointed an auctioneer appointed by the court also submitted a plan for the auction of the properties including two shops in Ahad Tower Gulberg and a 3-kanal plot in Cantonment.

As Hamza has been in jail and Ayesha and she needed money to save her properties by paying off the bank default.

Sources said she contacted Hamza in jail who is facing money laundering and income beyond means charges and requested him to arrange money for him otherwise she may give some interesting story-line about him to the investigators.
