(Pak Destiny) Finally the opposition has made a formal demand of showing Usman Buzdar, puppet chief minister of Punjab, to send home and hand over the province to much capable and tested Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.
In a surprised move, the Pakistan People’s Party, ally party of PML-N, has said it wants removal of puppet Buzdar and want Mr Elahi in his place, “We will support for an in-house change in the Punjab Assembly and it will be better for the province if Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi is elected as the chief minister,”Punjab PPP Information Secretary Hassan Murtaza told reporters.
“The PPP is in favour of constitutional and legal change in the province and if [Punjab Assembly Speaker] Pervaiz Elahi becomes the chief minister, it will be better for the province,” he said. He said his pro-Chaudhry statement is in the backdrop of his qualities in running the House as speaker.
After the support of the PPP, the PTI must be finding itself in awkward situation. After the Sahiwak incident Buzdar’s administration has brutally exposed. The puppet CM has rushed to PM Imran Khan for his support in Islamabad.
PM Khan will have to take bold decision and hand over the province to Mr Elahi for good governance. PTI has not a single competent face in Punjab to run the province. – Pak Destiny
