(Pak Destiny) Despite getting critical of the army, judiciary and Imran Khan in his back to back hard hitting statements veteran politician Makhdoom Javed Hashmi is still not being welcomed by Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz in the PML-N. Isn’t it sad?

Hashmi is trying to give his best performance but so far has failed to attract the blessings of Nawaz and Maryam… how unfortunate this guy is?

In his latest attack, Hashmi advised the army’s public relations arm to “avoid involving itself in civil affairs”.

“Institutions should not be turned into political parties,” Hashmi said while talking to senior journalists at his residence, reported Express Tribune. It reported that Javed Hashmi bitterly criticized the ‘Bajwa doctrine’ and said it was not the army chief’s business to give doctrines.

“Doctrines are given by philosophers,” he said, and posed a question, “Where on earth this doctrine of army has come from?  Protocol demands that the army chief should not speak on the issue of postponement of the general elections.”

“Institutions should not be turned into political parties,” Hashmi

He said the army is the savoir of the country, and added the institution should not indulge in politics. “I ask the army to go to their barracks and safeguard country’s borders.” He said “some powers” were trying to manipulate to delay the general elections. “But they have to retreat under public pressure,” he said and added, “Now, the general elections will be held on time.”

“The next government will be formed under the same pattern applied in the recently held Senate election.”

Let’s see if the fresh bout of Hahmi’s criticism helps him earn some praise from Nawaz or Maryam otherwise it is left for him to give more ‘up to the mark’ performance next time for the purpose. Pak Destiny
