Islamabad, May 22 (Pak Destiny) As the Supreme Court has constituted three-member bench headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaja to hear the petition filed by Jang/Geo group today, Justice Khawaja has been asked to separate himself from the bench as he is a close relative of Geo/Jang owner Mir Shakilur Rehman.
Mir Shakilur Rehman’s sister is married to the brother of Justice Khawaja.
Now the mystery is also solved as why Iftikhar Chaudhry kept protecting MSR and his businesses unabatedly.
In Yesterday’s Mubashir Lucman’s programme businessman Akeel Dadi also mentioned Justice Khawaj’s relation with MSR and raised concern over Khawaja’s taking up the case.
