Moonis Elahi named most active politician on social media to back armed forces in conflict against India

— Maryam and Hamza hardly made a single tweet to back either Pak Army or Kashmir cause during the Pak-India recent tension

     All segments of society, be it political class, students, lawyers, judges, journalists or the common man, they are on same page when it comes to defending the borders of Pakistan against the aggressor like India.

     Every segment fought this recent conflict with India along with Pakistan armed forces in its own way. As the media, leaving behind its issues with the PTI government, fully backed the armed forces in contributing its key role to stave off the Indian media propaganda, the politicians also contributed in their way to look into the eyes of the enemy.

       In the political class, one young politician stood out tall in this conflict on the platform of the social media. It is PML MNA Moonis Elahi. Mr Moonis was rated the most active user on social media by the rating agencies when he  came to giving a befitting reply to the BJP government and Indian premier Modi. His tweets and other posts are more than any other Pakistani politician on the issue of Pak-India conflict arisen after the Indian jets that violated the Pakistani airspace.

       Mr Moonis not only reminded Modi and his hawks of the Pakistan armed forces unparalleled strength but also informed the world about his nefarious designs against Pakistan that could trigger the region into a devastating war. He also fully supported the Kashmiri people for their just cause.

     Mr Moonis  set an example on the social media which the Pakistani nation and armed forces look up to its politicians to come forward and deliver on their front. The young scion of Chaudhrys of Gujrat has no match with his contemporaries at least on social media if we draw his comparison with young leaders like Maryam Nawaz and Hamza Shahbaz.   

   It is pity that both Maryam and Hamza hardly made a single pro-army or pro-Kashmir tweet during the ongoing conflict with India. Perhaps they do not wish or are ignorant to play their role.
