Islamabad (Pak Destiny) Wicket-keeper Sarfraz Ahmed hit a powerful slap on the face of Pak Cricket Team Coach Waqar Younis with his performance with both bat and gloves.
Waqar, who was accused of match-fixing during his time, had claimed that “technique of Sarfraz was not good therefore we are not giving him a chance”.
Pak Destiny earlier reported that Sarfraz had a heated argument with arrogant Waqar for dropping him against India. Waqar got personal with Sarfraz and dropped him in the rest of the matches only to the intervention of PCB Chairman Shaharyar Khan who forced him to play Sarfraz against South Africa.
Today Sarfraz made 49 runs and caught six catches and was declared man of the match. Through his performance he hit literally hard in the face of Waqar who should better resign and catch the next flight home for dropping him out of the World Cup’s three important matches.
The nation is cursing Waqar for his notorious act. The PCB chairman should bring this gambler back home so that he can no longer play with the destiny of the team. We don’t know how this shameless Waqar will face the post match press conference.
Timid Misbah who deliberately avoided praise for Sarfraz in a talk with Rameez Raja after the match should better show big heart and say a few good words for Sarfraz’s performance. — Pak Destiny
