Pakistan is a country where Science and Technology ministry is given to someone in punishment.
First it was Fawad Chaudhry and now it Shibli Fraz who gets this ministry in punishment. Will Pakistan can ever progress where Science is considered inferior? Perhaps not.
Shibli who performed pathetically in the information ministry was thrown into the Science and Technology ministry area which he certainly takes a punishment like his predecessor Fawad Chaaudhry… What a shame.
Prime Minister Imran Khan who should better keep this portfolio with him like he has hat of commerce ministry. But perhaps Khan too thinks of it an inferior.
Under such state of affairs and thinking can we compete with the modern world that evolved and developed through science and technology? PAK DESTINY
