Sethi set to join GNN after Hamid Mir, Nadim Malik also gets whooping amount from other channel to quit SAMAA

(Pak Destiny) Media industry today has a big new that top anchor Hamid Mir quit GeoNews to join GNN of former police officer Zubair Chatha.

Hamid’s brother Amir Mir is running the show of GNN and now both brother together will on the steering seat.

Najam Sethi who is about to get a kick from Pakistan Cricket Board is likely to follow the advice of Mirs and join the GNN –Gaurmet New Network of Gaurmet Backers.

It is the interesting era in the media industry that businessmen of Ghee, sugar mills, bakery shops, property dealers are owning news channels. Pakistan will have to see this time today.

Sethi’s media child Muneeb Farooq will also join the GNN.

On the other hand, SAMA’s anchor Nadim Malik has quit and is likely to join GeoNews. These anchors who are critical of politicians for switching parties, are always ready to move to other channel provided they get ‘perfect rate’ of themselves. – Pak Destiny
