Shameful Honda company rises prices upto Rs100,000 to justify meager rise in dollar in the face of corrupt government

(Pak Destiny) Honda Atlas – the maker of Civic, City and BR-V in Pakistan – has shamelessly increased its prices upto Rs100,000 to pass on the buck in cost of production arising from the recent rupee devaluation.

This is Pakistan as there has been no check on such car manufacturers for raising up to Rs150,000 in just one month to justify Rs10 devaluation in dollar-rupee disparity.

This country seems to be on the loot sale … come and take your share. The PML-N Abbasi government should take shame for failing to check these car manufacturers.

“Honda has increased price of its Civic and City variants by Rs100,000 each and the BR-V by Rs20,000,” a Karachi-based dealer confirmed to The Express Tribune.
