“بدلتا ھے رنگ آسماں کیسے کیسے” This Urdu proverb fits on Railway Minister Kahawaja Saad Rafique. His past views on then minister of Pervez Musharraf’s cabinet and also part of PMLN government Zahid Hamid (Minister for Law and Justice) were completely opposite. Saad Rafique in a tv program was predicting Zahid Hamid’s arrest in future for his corruptions.
