Prime Minister Imran Khan has yet to watch TV to come know that dollar has again started crushing rupee. In just two days US dollar jumped from Rs154 to 158. What a shame for the premier who earlier declared that he came to know from TV that dollar jumped leap and bounds.
On Wednesday a dollar traded against Rs158.6 in inter-bank market while in open market it touched Rs160.
It is said international investors have been selling their stakes in the stock exchange, which has created demand for dollars.” It is a shameful for PTI economic wizards that the rupee shouldn’t have lost value as the dollar itself has declined against the euro.
This nakami PTI government should better do something else as it cannot fix economy of Pakistan. And one hopes that PM Khan should get dollar increase information from his economic team instead from ARY or other TV channels. What a shame indeed. — Pak Destiny
