The UCP should be ashamed of setting FA , intermediate, a condition to join anchor programme. At least a master degree should be a minimum bench mark. 
One wonders where the Higher Education Commission and Punjab Higher Education Commission are sleeping over. Why not these regulators fix these varsities indulging in such practices to only make money. Pak Destiny
