Moeed Peerzada and Mubashir Lucman used ‘abusive language’ against each other on ARY set

Islamabad (Pak Destiny) Dr Moeed Pirzada who recently has quit ARY reveals he was harassed by fellow anchor Mubashir Lucam.

Sources in ARY told Pak Destiny that Peerzada and Lucman had a fight on Nov 30 over the content issue of their programs. “The exchange of harsh words led to use of abusive language by them.”

“Moeed said to Lucman! What you think you are a journalist. You are nothing but a slur on journalism… Lucman responded! Moeed you should better be in a university to give lecturers. You even do not know A B C of journalism,” the source quoted an eyewitness.

Now the question will Fawad Chaudhry also leave the ARY and move along with Moeed to Dunya. Amer Mahmood has welcomed Moeed in Dunya as he is also short of anchors after Arshad Sharif and Imran Khan left.

In his Tweet Pirzada says: “I am sad to leave ARY News; Since its is already out on Social Media and I am inundated with phone calls, text messages and questions here, I must clarify that it has nothing to do with ARY top management who are very nice and accommodating and have never interfered in any program or its content; everyone is totally free inside ARY news, which creates an interesting challenge since some people misuse that freedom for other ends..

I was continuously being harassed by one particular gentleman and I assessed that there will be no end to this since it appears to be a psychological problem and I don’t have the time an energy to fight these unnecessary battles and ego issues when I have many options in life and career…there is so much more to do in life than to waste time in ego battles – will update more on this”. – Pak Destiny
