Prime Minister Imran Khan’s ex-wife Reham Khan has to bite the dust for hurling baseless allegations against Khan’s friend Anil Musarat.
Reham tendered an unconditional apology in the UK Court for allegations related to British businessman and PTI financer Aneel Mussarat.
She accused Musarat of his involvement in the secret purchase of the PIA-owned Roosevelt Hotel.
Khan’s former wife alleged that “Mussarat got an undue advantage in the sale of the hotel due to his close links with Imran Khan.”
Musarat threatened Reham that if she didn’t retract her allegations and apologize from him she will take her to the court in the UK.
Reham having no such evidence of it thought it is better to apologise.
It is a shame for her to hurl baseless allegations.
In her apology
Reham said: “I am the operator of Youtube channel Reham Khan official and in a video posted on December 6, 2019, I made reference to Aneel Mussarat and I made a number of comments and insinuations regarding Aneel Mussarat. In seeking to make amends, I have removed the video and I wholly retract my comments and apologise to Mr. Mussarat for any damage or harm which may have been caused to Mr. Mussarat, his businesses, or to the charitable causes he supports. I will not be making any further comment about this matter”.
