(Pak Destiny) As the anger of elder brother has not yet ended, the junior Sharif – Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif – appears upset over being summoned by the National Accountability Bureau Lahore for his alleged corruption in Ashiana Housing Scheme Lahore.

Interestingly, Shahbaz claimed that “allotment in the Ashiana Housing Scheme was conducted 100 per cent on merit” but on ground 20 per cent work has not completed yet but Shahbaz has no answer to this.
The NAB in his summons accused Shahbaz of cancellation of award of contract of Ashiana-e-Iqbal to successful bidder Chaudhry Latif and Sons, leading to the contract being award to Lahore Casa Developers (JV), a proxy of Paragon City (Pvt) Limited, which resulted in the loss of Rs193 million approximately.

One wonder as why Shahbaz is showing ‘unease and ‘surprise’ over NAB investigation. “If he has not committed corruption he will be acquitted. So what’s the big deal.”

PTI Chairman Imran Khan taunted Sharifs saying “Sharifs after having their billions in corruption exposed have taken to issuing threats to NAB & the senior judiciary,” Imran said in a tweet. This is absolutely shameful & unacceptable.”
