The rulers are hell determined not to set free Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf President Chaudhry Parvez Elahi despite getting court orders at least in three cases. And finally a court in Lahore on Sunday sent him on judicial remand for 14 days in so-called case of illegal appointments in Punjab Assembly.

Mr Elahi’s son and former federal minister Moonis Elahi said in a tweet: “Earlier they were claiming that corruption had been committed, now as the courts discharged Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in three cases they have come out with another bogus case of recruitments in the Punjab Assembly.”
Mr Moonis further said his father would be vindicated in courts as these cases were being instituted only under a vindictive agenda.
After getting discharged in two corruption cases instituted by the Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE), he was again taken into custody on Saturday for ‘illegal recruitments’ in the Punjab Assembly.
On Friday, the ACE had produced the PTI president — who was arrested on Thursday after a week-long police siege of his residence in Lahore — before a district court that discharged him in the corruption case terming the allegations against him “not well-founded” as per the ACE investigation.

Talking to media, Parvez Elahi said that despite being ill he was not provided medicines despite having medical reports. “I was kept in the most stinking place in custody. I was not even allowed to go to the washroom,” he alleged and added what was happening to him was a ‘well thought out conspiracy’ against him. “However, I will not leave the PTI as I am standing with it like a rock,” Elahi declared.
On the other hand, Elahi’s nephew and Chaudhry Shujaat’s son Shafay Hussain appears to be a rather “small man” saying that Mr Elahi would not be welcomed in PMLQ.
Shafay forgets that PMLQ’s own vote bank in every constituency is not be more that 10 fingers of hands. And he is claiming big
