Something we must learn from the UK justice system.
The UK court has rejected the appeals of Pakistani property tycoon Malik Riaz and his son Ali Riaz for revoking their British visas on the basis of their alleged corruption in Pakistan.

What a shame for many Pakistani politicians and other powerful persons who are living on the bucks of Malik Riaz.
The UK court says in it’s verdict: “In respect of each appellant, the decision to cancel the visit visa was based on the following conclusion, namely:

UK Court Verdict in Malik Riaz case

“…whilst there has not been a criminal conviction against you I am satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you have been involved with corruption and financial/commercial misconduct. As a result, having regard to the UKs commitment to combat corruption and financial crime, I believe that your exclusion from the UK is conducive to the public good due to your conduct, character and associations.

… I am satisfied that your visa should be cancelled under paragraph V 9.6 – with reference to paragraph V 3.3 – of the Immigration Rules. V 3.3 states the following: An application will be refused if the decision maker believes that exclusion of the applicant from the UK is conducive to the public good because, for example, the applicant’s conduct (including convictions which do not fall within paragraph V 3.4), character, associations, or other reasons, make it undesirable.”

So Malik Riaz and his son are a danger to the public good. What a shame.
Security analyst Dr Ayesha Siddiqa says: “
U.K. High Court revokes Malik Riaz & son visa: “having regard 2 UKs commitment 2 combat corruption & financial crime, I believe that your exclusion from UK is conducive to the public good due to your conduct, character and associations.”

She further says the UK high court on Malik Riaz case cited: Bahria Town deposited money into Fake Accounts ….revealed that Bahria Town had used ‘artificial’ joint venture instruments and ‘artificial’ real estate gains to disguise ‘kickbacks’ as ostensibly legitimate gains.

“U.K. High Court supports Home office decision to revoke Malik Riaz visa based on case of allocation of land in Sind Board of Revenue Sindh says that 11297 acres of land under possession of Bahria Town is un-allotted State land amounting 2 Rs 27 Billion (as per 2015 notified rates,” Saddiqa said.

Faizan said: “When $400million were recovered from Malik Riaz in UK & the money was transferred to Pakistan, PTI government kept it confidential and said that document btwn UK & Pak was signed hence we can’t make it public. Today UK rejects Malik’s visa appeal. Who was lying? Shazad Akbar?”.

Shakil Jan said in a tweet: “Here’s what happens next: “First the British courts and now the Foreign Office has turned against Pakistan. Our great Sadiq Ameen real estate tycoon is being targeted at the behest of the Indian lobby. Malik Riaz is our pride and ……”

Interestingly no Pakistani TV channel dares to run this news….what a shame. PAK DESTINY
