Islamabad, Feb 27 (www.pakdestiny.com) PML-N’s Chaudhry Nisar Ali has expressed his desire to become Punjab chief minister in case his party wins in forthcoming elections.
PML-N sources told Pak Destiny that Nisar had requested his party chief Nawaz Sharif to make him Punjab chief minister if the party performs well in the province. “Nisar will now contest on a provincial assembly seat from Rawalpindi,” the sources said.
Nawaz had talked about Nisar’s desire with Shahbaz Sharif who apparently has no objection on it. “Shahbaz says he wants to be a power and water minister to address energy issue,” the sources said.
Since Shahbaz has no issue with Punjab CM-ship Nisar’s dream seems to be fulfilled provided the PML-N wins. – Pak Destiny
