Is another JIT required to verify the JIT’s findings in Panama case?

By Fayyaz Butt

(Pak Destiny) Common sense is a sense which cannot be deceived.

Being a student of law it is very much normal understanding that the job of a facts finding body is to find the facts… nothing else.  Joint Investigation Team that probed the alleged money laundering of the Sharif family collected the facts on the order of the Supreme Court.

A three-member special Supreme Court (SC) bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan

Now after the remarks of a judge in the case “Without knowing what the sources are, can we say that the documents are accurate?” it suggestive itself that another JIT is required to verify the JIT’s findings.

If this goes on… then the writing on the wall is clear to be seen in this Panama Papers case. (Pak Destiny)
