Media mogul Mir Shakilur Rehman on Thursday was grilled by National Accountability Bureau Lahore for receiving 54 plots from then chief minister Nawaz Sharif in 1986.
Officials told Pak Destiny that NAB investigation team asked him questions for more than two hours.
The owner of Jang/Geo group was asked to tell why Nawaz Sharif gave him 54 kanals precious land in Lahore Johar Town on lease against which services. Shakil said he had not received the plots from Nawaz but from a private party.
NAB had given him time to provide documentary evidence in this regard.
