THE Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has issued a strong statement on the return plan of PMLN’s Nawaz Sharif on Oct 21.

“Fugitive, convicted Nawaz’s homecoming under a deal akin to murder of law, justice —

the nation won’t accept any judicial refuge to convicted person at any cost,” it says urging the CJP to take timely actions to protect sanctity, honour of judiciary.

The PTI has termed the homecoming of the fugitive and the court-convicted Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) supremo under a secret deal was tantamount to the murder of the law and justice, besides it was a big test for the country’s justice system.

PTI spokesperson said that all the related details of various phases of Nawaz Sharif’s journey from the prison to his depart to London were still fresh in the minds of the nation.

He said that a coward, liar and convicted person went to London for four weeks on humanitarian ground under the false and humiliating excuse of dropping his platelets count.

The PTI spokesperson recalled that the younger and fraudulent brother guaranteed the return of the lair, fainthearted and crooked person within four weeks of his treatment.

However, he stated that this pickpocket and certified thief was hidden in the same flats in London bought with the stolen money of which receipts were demanded by the court from him.

PTI spokesperson said that this criminal person was used to meet anti-national agencies while taking refuge in these Avenfield Apartments and was conspiring to promote public opinion against the state institutions internationally.

He reminded that during these four years, the nation saw this shameless person in expensive London restaurants and doing the “Walk of Shame” in red and yellow pants, but he never talked of his treatment.

PTI spokesperson lamented that ironically, this convicted person was retuning under a closed-room conspiracy and notorious London plan by trampling the law and justice.

He went on to say that the provision of judicial relief to the convicted criminal in sheer violation of the law was a moment of shame and disgrace for the judiciary itself.

PTI spokesperson made it clear that the nation was closely watching the judiciary’s attitude in the prevailing situation and they would not accept the asylum to the convicted person against the law come what may.

He underlined that providing judicial refuge to the criminal on the desire of the undemocratic, unconstitutional and non-political planners would further hurt the integrity and reputation of the judiciary.

PTI spokesperson urged that the Chief Justice should keep a close eye on the conducts of his subordinate courts and take timely measures to counter the actions by elements within the state against the existence and identity of the judiciary in order to protect the sanctity and honour of the judiciary.

It seems quite obvious that Nawaz Sharif smoothly land here facing no legal and other issues. PAK DESTINY
