    It was revealed on Thursday that former prime minister Imran Khan is kept in a solitary confinement at Adiala Jail Rawalpindi.

     The PMLN government released Khan’s prison cell photo leaving every one in shock.

    The PTI says it is a contradiction to the earlier claim of the government that a former prime minister is entitled to an “A” class cell with an air conditioned room & a helper to attend to the errands.

     Mr Khan never did complain about being kept in a facility with no access to natural light or a window however it goes to show how govt machinery fibbed about all this time, having him kept in a cell costing above a million each month.

    On the other hand, PTI hails Justice Minallah’s dissenting voice on live-stream of NAB amendments case involving Imran Khan.

   It says udiciary battling to free itself from grip of extra-constitutional, undemocratic forces even after 77 years.

    Hailing Justice Athar Minallah’s dissenting voice on a five-member bench that rejected a request to live-stream proceedings in the NAB amendments case, in which unlawfully incarcerated PTI founding chairman Imran Khan participated via video link the PTI said that the party is grateful to Justice Athar Minallah for his efforts to uphold the law and the constitution and added that, even 77 years after Pakistan’s creation, our justice system continues to struggle to break free from the grip of extra-constitutional and undemocratic forces that have held it hostage for so long.

  A PTI spokesperson noted that successive attacks on the constitution and the repeated imposition of Martial Law in Pakistan had perpetuated the doctrine of necessity in the judiciary, further entrenching it in the legal framework.

  He stated that every dictator had perpetuated the tradition of controlling the judiciary through intimidation, fear, greed, and overt and covert interventions, sometimes by directly involving PCO judges and other times by recruiting their own touts.

PTI Spokesperson lamented that compromised judges have consistently enabled dictators’ unconstitutional and undemocratic actions, which have led to catastrophic consequences, including the fall of Dhaka.     Regrettably, this practice continues to this day, with unqualified and incompetent individuals in high positions perpetuating blatant lawlessness, injustice, and violations of the constitution and law, further eroding the country’s democratic fabric

  The PTI emphasized that the fate of 240 million people and the future of Pakistan were intricately linked with the outcome of the NAB amendments case, and Imran Khan was the champion and guardian of both. He reaffirmed that PTI remains resolute in its mission to uphold the supremacy of the constitution and the rule of law, undeterred by the relentless injustices and blatant oppression

    PTI spokesperson further observed that amidst an atmosphere of intellectual barrenness and narcissism, a handful of courageous voices were endeavoring to steer the judiciary towards the path of justice, but their efforts seemed to be futile in penetrating the entrenched biases and rigid mindset of the state and its gatekeepers.

He emphasized that by silencing the courageous and principled leader of the nation and subjecting him to unprecedented injustice and discrimination, the state’s puppets cannot break his resolve or prevent him from championing the nation’s interests.

  Their attempts will only strengthen his determination to fight for the truth and the people’s rights

   He expressed profound gratitude to Justice Athar Minallah for standing with the constitution and law instead of giving oxygen of the doctrine of necessity to lawlessness and deviation from the constitution. PAK DESTINY
