(Pak Destiny) Stephen Hawking and current political situation in Pakistan with reference to articles 62 and 63 of the constitution can be put well in comparison.
Article 62 concerns with qualifications for membership of Majlis-e-Shoora and 63 with disqualifications for membership of parliament. Isn’t a dilemma to our nation?
62 is 6 + 2 = 8 and 63 is 6 + 3 = 9. After nine we have 0. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and the next is 0. Zero… This zero is a black hole for all of us. A British cosmologist of the current time Stephen William Hawking said, now one still discovers that when any matter enters into a black hole, it is a start of its new life or it is the end of its life. Scientists are still struggling to discover this phenomenon. But we are very much sure, if any object disappears from our sights, it should be considered as dead.
We here just want to discuss one characteristic of 62 and 63 which is concerned with honesty of the members of our Parliament. Honesty means – telling the truth and not cheating people. When we apply this meaning to the existing members of Parliament… it means a member does speak truth in all matters weather financial or moral.
A considerable number of members of Parliament come under this bar. Some of them are involved in financial corruption and some of them are in moral corruption and some in both. Interesting question arises that can we provide such honest potential parliamentarian to our system? Just think, we do not have enough quantity from the whole lot available. Frankly speaking, if we consider the past of the whole nation, can we provide so much quantity of members to make the seats filled?
An honest answer is ‘no’. So, what we should do? To continue the system we have no choice but to think about a solution! Here, we can follow the history which had been made by FBR. FBR is a collector and regulatory Authority of Pakistan with reference to direct and indirect taxes. It gave many time amnesty schemes to whiten the wealth of Pakistani Nation.
An honest scheme can be made to give a white chit to the whole nation and no one is accountable for their past deeds but for future. In this way, we may address only this factor of these articles. But questions may remain open with reference to other matters addressed by these articles! Pak Destiny

I think article 62 and 63 should remain intact eith it stops corruption or not
What a shame Govt decided to amend Article 62,63 of the Constitution but how they are going to do that?
