More Breathing Exercises

Dear readers, appreciating the fear factor, you keep on facing due to COVID 19 epidemic, exercises will be suggested which are good for mind, breathing airways, lungs and immunity system in general.

Twice the Calm breathing
A must try for maximum relaxation

Start in a seated or lying position. Inhale for 4 seconds through your nose. Exhale for 8 seconds through pursed lips . That’s one breath cycle.
Repeat this breath cycle at least 15 times, or you can keep repeating it until you’ve reached your desired state of relaxation.

Bumble bee breath
A classic yogic breathing practice of pranayama that’s been shown to decrease the heart rate and also blood pressure.

Sit comfortably with your back straight. Close your mouth and lips.
Inhale slowly through your nose.

Exhale through your nose while making a “mmm” humming sound, just like the buzzing of a bee,loud enough so that you feel the front of your face and skull vibrate.

Repeat at least 5 times or as many times as you need to feel the effect – Pak Destiny
